 Yes. Most duvyn Footwear models are surface-washable using a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, remove the insole and hand-wash gently with mild soap and water. You can also machine wash your shoes by selecting the delicate or gentle cycle.

Use a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap to spot‑clean. Remove insoles if needed.

2. Ordering, Shipping & Tracking

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, first go to the product page, which you can reach via the navigation. Then select the desired quantity of the product and click "Add to cart." You will now be redirected to your shopping cart. Now click "Checkout" and follow the indicated steps to place your order.

I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address. Can I change it?
In this case, please send us an email to info@duvyn.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we will do our best to correct the error afterward.

Duvyn Footwear ships from a centralized international fulfillment center that allows for fast and reliable global delivery. While exact warehouse locations may vary depending on stock levels and destination, all orders are processed within 24–48 hours and typically delivered within 6–10 business days to the U.S., Canada, and Australia. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

During Holidays and Peak Season, orders usually arrive within 10-15 working days after we receive your payment.
